German Newspaper Readers Pick Watch of the Year
The Watch of the Year for 2006 chosen by readers of the national German-language newspaper “Welt am Sonntag” (The World on Sunday) and the magazine “Armband Uhren”(Wristwatches) were announced at BaselWorld, in Basel, Switzerland. The winner, shown here, is beautiful but perhaps a bit of German bias? My pick would be Vacheron's Tour d'I'lle which comes in at a humble number seven.
